    1. Send the word ‘Hi’ on WhatsApp to begin and select option 1 on the main menu (Banking Services).

    2. Enter your PIN via the Secure link (same PIN as on *227#), then select any of the available menu items that include airtime purchase, bill payments and transfers to enjoy convenience transacting today.
